The apartments will include spacious dining areas with ample lighting and ventilation, along with provisions for a cutlery cabinet, wash basin and mini refrigerator. Kitchens will be designed with granite counters, sufficient electrical points, provision for mineral water systems and ISI-standard plumbing fixtures to ensure convenience and durability
