Udupi, Mar 16: The temple city of Udupi is set to witness a Royal luxury residential living with the upcoming ‘Mandavi Royal Garden’, a flagship project by Mandavi Infrastructure. Inside the apartments, the main doors will feature teakwood frames and shutters with brass fittings, while living rooms, dining areas and bedrooms will be finished with high-quality vitrified flooring. The apartments will include spacious dining areas with ample lighting and ventilation, along with provisions for a cutlery cabinet, wash basin and mini refrigerator. Kitchens will be designed with granite counters, sufficient electrical points, provision for mineral water systems and ISI-standard plumbing fixtures to ensure convenience and durability
