Israel launches fresh strikes on Tehran infrastructure

Daijiworld Media Network - Tehran

Tehran, Mar 23: The military of Israel has launched a new wave of “extensive strikes” targeting infrastructure linked to the Iranian regime in Tehran, marking a further escalation in the ongoing conflict.

The Israeli military said the strikes were aimed at key regime and military-linked facilities as part of its broader campaign against Iran.

The latest offensive comes amid intensifying hostilities between the two countries, with repeated exchanges of missile and drone attacks across the region. The conflict, now entering its fourth week, has seen both sides expand their targets, including military sites, energy infrastructure and strategic installations.

Earlier waves of strikes have hit missile systems, fuel storage facilities and command centres in Tehran, reflecting a strategy to weaken Iran’s military capabilities.

The escalation has raised fears of a wider regional war, with global powers closely monitoring the situation as tensions continue to rise.
