Mangaluru, Mar 28: In observance of World Tuberculosis Day, the students of Manaswini College of Nursing, Arkula, organized a meaningful awareness programme at Manaswini Hospital, aiming to educate the community about tuberculosis (TB) and its impact on public health.

The programme focused on spreading awareness about the causes, symptoms, prevention, and the importance of early diagnosis and timely treatment of TB. Through informative sessions and interactive health education activities, the nursing students actively engaged with patients and visitors, emphasizing the need to eliminate stigma and encourage proper medical care.

The initiative highlighted the critical role of awareness in preventing the spread of tuberculosis and promoting healthier communities. The students demonstrated dedication and compassion while delivering key health messages, reinforcing their role as future healthcare professionals.
