IRGC warns of targeting US-linked firms after strikes on Tehran

Daijiworld Media Network - Tehran

Tehran, Apr 1: Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has warned that it will begin targeting US-linked companies operating across the region from April 1, in response to recent strikes on Tehran, according to state media reports.

The IRGC has reportedly named 18 companies in its warning, including global technology and industrial giants such as Google, Microsoft, Apple, Intel, IBM, Tesla, and Boeing.

In its statement, the IRGC said these firms could face retaliatory action, warning that their regional operations may be targeted in response to what it described as “terror acts” carried out inside Iran.

The group added that the warning would come into effect from 8 pm Tehran time on Wednesday, April 1, escalating tensions further amid the ongoing conflict in the region.
