The Founders
EaseMyCompliance, started as a passion project of two young female entrepreneurs Suchithra Rao Sharma and CS B Swathi Baliga, who wanted to provide assistance to young Start-up founders in their region in the field of corporate law, company compliance, taxation and business advisory. Their background in corporate law and regulatory compliance, combined with hands-on experience in advising businesses on company law matters, regulatory filings, and corporate structuring, helped them build a simple and dependable compliance advisory platform that businesses could rely on at every stage of growth.
