New Delhi, Apr 2: The Aam Aadmi Party has removed Raghav Chadha as its deputy leader in the Rajya Sabha, replacing him with MP Ashok Mittal, party sources said.
A formal communication regarding the change has been sent to the Rajya Sabha secretariat, sources added.

The development comes amid Chadha’s noticeable absence from key party activities and his silence on major developments involving the party leadership, fuelling speculation about possible internal differences.
Notably, Chadha did not publicly react after Arvind Kejriwal, along with former Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia and others, was discharged by a court in the Delhi excise policy case earlier this year.
The 37-year-old MP was also missing from significant party events, including a press conference addressed by Kejriwal, further intensifying rumours within political circles.
