Husband assaults salon owner after wife loses job in Bengaluru

Bengaluru, Apr 5: An employer was hospitalised after being allegedly assaulted by the husband of a terminated employee at a salon in North Bengaluru.

The incident occurred on March 28 at around 5.40 pm at Skin Shine Unisex Salon in Avalahalli. According to police, the accused, identified as the husband of former employee Sushma, entered the premises along with four to five associates and attacked the salon owner, Mohan Kumar.

As per the FIR, the group allegedly used abusive language, issued threats and physically assaulted Mohan Kumar. His wife, Srija, who intervened during the attack, was also reportedly manhandled.

Police said the altercation stemmed from tensions following Sushma’s termination from the salon.

CCTV footage of the incident has been recorded and is expected to assist in the investigation.

A case has been registered at Avalahalli police station, and a search operation has been launched as the accused and his associates are currently absconding.

Police are investigating the sequence of events leading to the assault.

    very ashaming case .When the wife looses job and he assaults the owner does it mean she gets the job again?One can ask why etc?But to assault one is not the way .That too coming with other men.May be he didnt get money for his daily dose of alcohol?
