Dubai, Apr 8: Dubai Police have introduced a new community cycling programme aimed at encouraging residents to adopt healthier lifestyles while interacting with officers in a relaxed setting.
The initiative, titled “Ride with Police,” kicked off on Wednesday at the Dubai Autodrome and will continue on a weekly basis throughout April. It offers participants a safe and well-organised environment to cycle, combining fitness with community engagement.

Designed as part of broader efforts to promote wellness, the programme also provides an opportunity for residents to connect with police personnel outside of formal situations, fostering stronger community relationships.
A highlight of the initiative is the participation of Dubai Police’s professional cycling team. Riders can cycle alongside trained professionals, learn techniques, and engage with them directly, adding a hands-on and interactive element to the experience.
By blending physical activity with public outreach, the initiative aims to build consistent participation while strengthening trust and cooperation between residents and law enforcement.
