New Delhi, Apr 23: A seven-year-old boy allegedly kidnapped by a tailor from his locality and taken towards Bihar was rescued within five hours, with the accused apprehended from New Delhi Railway Station, police said on Thursday.
The accused was identified as Mohammed Adil Ansari, a native of Madhubani in Bihar, who was allegedly attempting to flee to his native place with the child when he was intercepted.

According to police, the boy was kidnapped from his residence in the Dabri area around 4.30 pm on April 20.
Following information about the incident, Dabri Police registered a case and launched a search operation using technical surveillance and local intelligence to trace the suspect.
Police said Ansari, who worked as a tailor in the Dabri area, was tracked down and arrested at New Delhi Railway Station before he could board a train.
The child was rescued safely and reunited with his family.
Police said further investigation into the case is under way.
