Mangaluru, May 5: Yenepoya Institute of Arts, Science, Commerce & Management (YIASCM), a constituent institute of Yenepoya (Deemed to be University), will organize “YenCareerX-26”, a mega campus drive, on May 6, 2026 at its Kulur Campus, Mangaluru.
The initiative, conducted under Yen Career Connect, aims to bridge the gap between academia and industry by offering students access to diverse employment opportunities across multiple sectors. Dr Gangadhara Somayaji K. S., vice chancellor of Yenepoya (Deemed to be University), will inaugurate the event.


The campus drive will feature participation from over 20 reputed companies spanning sectors such as IT, Finance, EdTech, Healthcare, Retail, BPO, and Recruitment. Prominent recruiters include FirstSource, CodeYoung, SmartED Innovations, [24]7.ai, KG Invicta Services, Winman Software, and Allegis Group.
With more than 1,000 job openings, the drive is expected to benefit students from a wide range of academic backgrounds including BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc, MBA, MCA, BCA, MSc, and allied disciplines. Opportunities will be available across roles in customer experience, business development, technology, finance, healthcare, and recruitment, with attractive salary packages.
The selection process will be conducted through a combination of on-campus, hybrid, and online interview modes, depending on company requirements. Students are required to complete prior registration, adhere to formal interview protocols, and participate in all stages of the recruitment process as per the guidelines.
Speaking on the occasion, Prof Jeevan Raj, principal, YIASCM, stated that YenCareerX is envisioned as a dynamic platform enabling students to interact directly with recruiters, explore diverse career pathways, and enhance their employability prospects. The drive is being led by Prof Shareena P, vice principal and dean, faculty of Commerce and Management, Narayan Sukumar A, vice principal and Dr Sajan M, placement manager.
