Mangaluru, May 14: Pilikula Nisargadhama introduced its online e-ticketing system and kiosk services on Wednesday, marking a major step towards expanding digital services and ensuring smoother access for visitors.

The new facility was inaugurated at the Pilikula box office by N S Boseraju. The initiative aims to provide a convenient ticketing experience for tourists and strengthen digital infrastructure at the popular nature and tourism destination.

Speaking on the occasion, N S Boseraju said the introduction of online ticketing is an important move in improving public services through technology. He noted that digital systems will help visitor’s access facilities more efficiently and contribute to better management of tourist inflow at Pilikula.

Among those present were Manjunath Bhandary, J R Lobo, Bhaskar K, Darshan H V, Arun Kumar Shetty, and members of the authority including N G Mohan and Shivaram Mallya.

Representatives from Canara Bank also attended the programme. Manjunath B Singhai explained the functioning of the e-ticketing system and its benefits for visitors. Senior bank officials, including Venkata Varaprasad and divisional managers, were present.

The programme was coordinated by Jagannath and several officials including Neha and administrative representatives of the Pilikula Development Authority attended the event. The digital initiative is expected to enhance visitor experience and modernize services at Pilikula.
