Mangaluru: Harsha celebrates 39th anniversary with grand 'Harshotsava' lucky draw

Mangaluru, May 16: Harsha, one of coastal Karnataka’s leading home appliances and electronics retail chains, organised a grand EMI Shopping Lucky Draw as part of its 39th anniversary celebrations, 'Harshotsava 2026', at its Falnir Road showroom in Mangaluru.

As part of the celebrations, the company conducted a lucky draw for customers who had purchased products under its EMI shopping scheme. A total of 8,416 customer coupons from 21 Harsha stores were included in the draw, and 12 lucky winners were selected to receive attractive prizes.

The top prize, an LG 65-inch LED Panel TV, was won by Farzan (Coupon No. 6053) from Harsha, Falnir Road, Mangaluru. Other major winners included Naziya from Harsha, Fiza Mall, Mangaluru, who won an LG 9 kg front-load washing machine, and Ningaraj from Harsha, Station Road, Hubballi, who received an LG 3-star air conditioner.

Several other winners from Belagavi, Kalaburagi, Puttur, Bengaluru, Shivamogga and Kundapur also received prizes such as refrigerators, televisions, party speakers and microwave ovens.

Speaking on the occasion, Siddarth Prabhu, merchandising head of Harsha, said the company’s journey began in 1987 with its first showroom in Udupi. He stated that, with the continued support of customers, Harsha has now grown to 22 showrooms across Karnataka, which is a matter of pride for the organisation.

He added that Harsha organises Harshotsava every year to thank customers by offering attractive deals, showcasing the latest products and creating a memorable shopping experience. He noted that the theme of this year’s event was “Celebrate, It’s Our Way to Say Thank You”, and said the 39th anniversary celebrations were successfully held in three phases across 21 stores.

Prabhu thanked customers for their trust and support, stating that the company remains committed to providing quality products, representing top brands and ensuring the best shopping experience for every customer.

The event was attended by marketing head Srivatsa Ballal, LG India key accounts manager Rakshith, Bajaj Electrical Ltd regional manager Prabhakaran and other dignitaries.

The programme was compered by Chethan Shetty, who anchored the event and engaged the audience throughout the lucky draw ceremony.
