Mangaluru, Jun 15: The investiture ceremony of the newly formed school cabinet of St Ann's High School was held on Saturday, June 13.

The formal inaugural was graced by the joint secretary of the school Sr Marie Evelyn A C, presided by the headmistress Sr Ruby Dsouza A C. After a reverent prayer, the chief guest was given a warm welcome with a graceful dance. The formal inaugural of the school cabinet was marked by lighting of the lamp.

The headmistress administered the oath to the school pupil leader and the assistant school pupil leader. The chief guest bequeathed the cabinet ministers with their powers and positions and adorned them with sache. 

The programme witnessed the introduction and inaugural of ten clubs in the school, each in a unique manner, for the new academic year.

The chief guest in her message spelt out the importance of a leader and team work. She placed hope, faith and the mantle of responsibility on the newly appointed school cabinet. She hoped that the opportunities for leadership in the school cabinet and clubs will open avenues for good leaders in society for the future.

The programme was coordinated and compered by teachers Sarah Veigas and Geetha M B.
