Mangaluru, Jul 2: Exordium 2026, the eagerly awaited Freshers' Day celebration of St Agnes PU College, unfolded with joy, colour and splendour, ushering in the academic journey of the newly admitted students. The occasion offered a warm and cheerful welcome to the freshers while reflecting the energy, creativity and unity that define the college community.
The programme began with a serene prayer song, invoking divine blessings for the year ahead. This was followed by a spirited welcome performance by the student cabinet, which created a vibrant atmosphere and extended a warm greeting to the freshers.















































The gathering was formally welcomed by Amruf Fathima, who greeted the students and emphasized the importance of embracing new experiences, friendships and opportunities at St Agnes PU College.
Adding colour and excitement to the event, students from each class presented a variety of performances based on the enchanting Disney theme. Inspired by different Disney movies and characters, the performances beautifully showcased creativity, teamwork, confidence and artistic talent leaving the audience thoroughly entertained.
The important segment of the programme was the grand finale of Mr Fresher and Ms Fresher 2026. The finalists displayed confidence and charisma as they faced the final ‘Question and Answer’ round, impressing the judges and audience with their wit, presence of mind and personality.
Principal Sr Norine D'Souza and vice principal Sr Janet Sequeira felicitated the winners of the Exordium competitions. Addressing the gathering, Sr Norine D'Souza encouraged the students to make the most of every opportunity, uphold the values of the institution and strive for excellence in all their endeavours.
The programme concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks by Advitha Shetty, expressing gratitude to the management, faculty members, organizers, participants and everyone who contributed to making Exordium 2026 a memorable success.
The event was gracefully compered by Moreen Menezes, Princia Rodrigues, Prashma and Darryl D’Souza, whose enthusiasm, confidence and seamless coordination ensured the programme progressed smoothly.
