The event brought together eminent personalities, business leaders, customers, associates, employees, and well-wishers to commemorate four decades of excellence, trust, and commitment in the real estate industry.
Founded in 1986 by its visionary chairman and managing director, Siraj Ahamed, In-Land Group has grown from humble beginnings into one of Karnataka's most respected and trusted real estate developers. Over the past 40 years, the company has transformed the skylines of Mangaluru, Bengaluru, Puttur, and Mysuru with landmark residential and commercial developments, while fulfilling the dreams of thousands of families through quality construction, ethical business practices, and timely delivery.
The celebration commenced with a traditional invocation followed by the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by Amith Singh IPS, IGP, Western Range, Mangaluru; Nagendra D Pai, executive director, Bharath Group of Companies; Ajith Rai Pade, managing director, United Rubber Industries, Mumbai; Abdul Salam, managing director, The B A Group, Thumbay, Mangaluru; and Hemanth Shriyan, owner of the premises where In-Land had their first office, signifying the beginning of an evening dedicated to celebrating a remarkable legacy.
Among the esteemed guests were Sathish Bhandary, former vice chancellor of Nitte University; Walter Nandalike, chairman and managing director, Daijiworld; Santosh Paul, senior advocate, Supreme Court of India; Ashok Kumar Chowta of Onyx Lounge and Shambhavi Vrindhavana, Mangaluru, along with other prominent advocates, doctors, engineers, architects, entrepreneurs, and well-wishers.

Addressing the gathering, chairman and managing director Siraj Ahamed expressed his heartfelt appreciation to customers, employees, channel partners, vendors, and well-wishers for their unwavering support throughout the company's journey.
"Forty years is not just a celebration of our achievements but a celebration of the trust that thousands of families have placed in us. Every milestone we have reached has been possible because of our dedicated employees, valued customers, and well-wishers.
