Mangaluru, Jul 17: The Institute of Aviation Studies, Srinivas University, organized an aviation quiz competition on July 16, Aviation campus for the students of BBA Aviation Management and BBA Aviation and Logistics Management with the objective of enhancing students' knowledge of the aviation industry and promoting academic excellence through healthy competition. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from 143 teams, who showcased their knowledge, teamwork, analytical ability, and presence of mind while answering questions on aviation history, airlines, airports, aircraft, civil aviation regulations, international aviation organizations, aviation terminology, and current affairs.

The winners of the competition were Varsha and Sinchana from final year BBA Aviation Management, who secured the first prize. Nishchitha C S and Pearl from second year BBA Aviation Management won the second prize, while Sathwik and Likith from second year BBA Aviation Management secured the third prize. Their outstanding performance reflected their strong understanding of aviation concepts and excellent teamwork.

The aviation quiz competition concluded successfully with the support and guidance of the Dr Pavithra Kumari, dean, Institute of Aviation Studies, Srinivas University, SWO, HODs, management coordinator, faculty members, student volunteers, and staff members of the Institute of Aviation Studies. whose dedicated efforts ensured the smooth conduct of the event. The programme served as an enriching learning experience, encouraging students to stay informed about the dynamic aviation industry while fostering confidence, teamwork, and a passion for continuous learning.
