Mangaluru, Jul 28: Nishara Public School, Derikatte, celebrated Vanamahotsava on its campus on July 14 with a series of activities aimed at promoting environmental awareness and the importance of tree conservation.
Students and teachers enthusiastically participated in a green rally, eco-friendly costume display, awareness programme, oath-taking ceremony, and sapling plantation drive.
Through the various activities, participants pledged to protect nature, conserve trees, and maintain a clean and green environment. The programme highlighted the significance of planting trees and fostering environmental responsibility among students.
