Mumbai, Aug 6: Television host Mini Mathur has emerged as the winner of the reality show Alliance, taking home the winner's trophy along with a cash prize of Rs 50 lakh after an intense six-week competition.
Actor Aly Goni finished as the first runner-up, while social media influencer Ruhee Dosani secured the second runner-up position.
Hosted by actor Kunal Kemmu, the OTT reality show concluded after six weeks of strategic gameplay, physical and mental challenges, and shifting alliances that kept contestants on edge throughout the season.

From the outset, Alliance established itself as a high-stakes competition where participants were required to rely on a combination of strategy, skill and luck. Contestants frequently formed alliances only to break them later in a bid to avoid elimination and advance in the game.
The initial contestant lineup featured Ravi Kishan, Vanshaj Singh, Payal Gaming, Armaan Khera, Dolly Javed, Delbar Arya, Sabby Suri, Rivva Kishan, Kushal Tandon, Daisy Shah, Ruhee Dosani, Nikhil Chinapa, Niti Taylor, Mini Mathur, Arslan Goni and Zaid Darbar.
As the competition progressed, several wildcard contestants joined the show, including Sohail Khan, Agu Stanley Chiedozie, Vriddhi Patwa, Seema Sajdeh, Aly Goni, Kashish Kapoor and Bali.
After a series of eliminations, the competition narrowed down to the final three contestants—Mini Mathur, Aly Goni and Ruhee Dosani—before Mini was declared the winner.
Reacting to her victory, Mini Mathur described the experience as both challenging and rewarding.
"Winning Alliance feels absolutely surreal. This journey challenged me in every possible way—emotionally, mentally and strategically—and every single day inside the headquarters pushed me to become stronger," she said.
"There were moments of doubt, moments of joy, friendships I'll always cherish and lessons I'll carry with me for life. Every ally I shared this experience with played a role in shaping my journey, whether we stood together or found ourselves on opposite sides of the game," she added.
Mini said lifting the trophy was an incredible feeling but noted that the memories, relationships and lessons gained during the competition would remain her greatest takeaway.
"I’m deeply grateful to everyone who believed in me and supported me throughout this unforgettable journey," she said.
