New Delhi, Mar 28 (IANS): The government would respond "at an appropriate time" to army chief Gen V.K. Singh's letter to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on a security risk following shortage of arms and ammunition, Defence Minister A.K. Antony said Wednesday.
