BRICS Summit: PM Modi confident of meaningful talks for global welfare

New Delhi, Sep 11: Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed confidence that the BRICS Summit will witness positive and meaningful discussions on a range of issues aimed at promoting global welfare as world leaders gather in India for the two-day event.

In a post on X, Modi said, “Over the next few days, leaders from across the world will gather for the BRICS Summit. I am fully confident that the conference will see positive and meaningful discussions on various issues with the aspiration of global welfare.”

Meanwhile, Delhi has been placed on high alert, with stringent security arrangements and temporary traffic restrictions imposed as India hosts top world leaders for the summit at Bharat Mandapam over the weekend.
