Udupi, Sep 17: A fancy-dress competition was organized for the kindergarten section students of SMES, Kannarpady, on September 12, providing the little ones with an opportunity to showcase their creativity and confidence.

The children participated with great enthusiasm, appearing in colourful costumes based on a variety of themes, including fruits, vegetables, animals, community helpers, freedom fighters, fairy tale characters and environmental conservation.

Their confident stage presence, dialogue delivery and creative presentations entertained and impressed the audience. The event provided the children with a platform to express themselves while encouraging creativity and participation.

The competition also helped the young participants overcome stage fear and develop their vocabulary and speaking skills. It proved to be a joyful and enriching learning experience, allowing the children to exhibit their talents in a lively and encouraging atmosphere.
