Mumbai, Sep 27: Actor Ranbir Kapoor was seen with wife Alia Bhatt, his Love & War co-star Vicky Kaushal and filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali in Mumbai on Saturday night following a promotional event for Ramayana.
The group stepped out together after a week that saw the unveiling of three first-look posters from Ramayana, while Alia and Vicky also walked the ramp for designer Manish Malhotra on Saturday evening.
Ranbir, Alia, Vicky and Bhansali stopped to pose for photographers outside a restaurant. Ranbir wore an olive-green short kurta with black jeans, while Alia opted for a neon-green dress. Vicky was seen in a white shirt paired with black trousers.
During the photo session, Bhansali briefly moved out of the frame, apparently allowing Ranbir, Alia and Vicky to pose together. Ranbir then asked the filmmaker to return and join them for the photographs.
As the group left, a photographer repeatedly called out to Ranbir and asked him to pose again with Alia and Vicky. Ranbir turned around and responded, “Bahut bol raha hai tu ha,” meaning “You are talking a lot.” The brief exchange was captured on video and later circulated widely on social media, prompting reactions from fans and other users.
Meanwhile, details about Love & War have largely been kept under wraps. The film is reportedly a period romantic war drama in which Ranbir and Vicky play Indian Air Force officers whose lives become intertwined with Alia's character, leading to a love triangle set against the backdrop of war. The film is written by Bhansali and Ila Bedi Dutta and also features Supriya Pathak in a key role.
Ranbir has two major projects lined up. Nitesh Tiwari's Ramayana – Part One is scheduled to release in theatres during Diwali 2026. The film also stars Yash, Sunny Deol, Lara Dutta and Rakul Preet Singh, among others. The second part is scheduled for a Diwali 2027 release.
Promotions for Ramayana have already begun in Mumbai, with Ranbir recently attending a media meet-and-greet along with members of the cast and crew. Sai Pallavi, Ravi Dubey, DNEG, Namit Malhotra and content creator MrBeast were among those present.
Meanwhile, Ranbir will reunite with Alia in Bhansali's Love & War, which also stars Vicky Kaushal. The film is scheduled to hit theatres on January 21, 2027.
