US Bounty Proves India's Point: Congress

New Delhi, Apr 3 (IANS): Welcoming the $10 million bounty announced by the US for 26/11 mastermind and Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) chief Hafiz Saeed, the Congress Tuesday said it validates India's point of view that there cannot be any differentiation in fighting terrorism.

"The US move addresses another concern at a symbolic level...that there can no differentiation in fighting terrorism," Congress spokesperson Manish Tewari told reporters.

India has been saying that "terrorism is a seamless network and there can be no distinction in its treatment by the US", he added.
