'Narine with KKR for Entire IPL-V'

Kolkata, Apr 4 (IANS/CMC): West Indies off-spinner Sunil Narine will be available to play for Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) for the entire fifth season of the Indian Premier League (IPL), chief executive Venky Mysore said.

ESPN-Cricinfo reported that Narine was free to play for the full tournament.

The 23-year-old Narine was under consideration for the West Indies team to face Australia in a three-Test series, which overlaps with the IPL.

This followed a memorable year for the all-rounder, which included his international debut and being picked up by KKR for $700,000 in the IPL auction.

Narine does not hold a West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) central retainer contract and has not played a Test yet, but his form in the recent One-day and Twenty20 Internationals against the Australians, where he was virtually unplayable, increased the possibility of his selection.

    Why Shahrukh??!!Why??!
Sakib is the best alrounder in the world. Why you try to another player to play the match? In any format Sakib will be better choice from any player. Your team management don't make a good decision yet. Please take it seriously. We love KKR. Any loses we are dishearted. So please handle your team seriously.
Last year Sakib & Rian was good support your team. But it is very bad to say both are outside from your best!
Shahrukh, this is the right time to take decision, Sakib, kallis, Lee & Rian/Mckallam will be your best foreign choice. Please take Initiative ang make proper decision for our team.
    Love you.
