Los Angeles, Apr 12 (IANS): Two Chinese students were shot dead in Los Angeles city Wednesday, police said.
The victims, a male and a female, in their 20s, were attacked in the West Adams area. Both were students of the University of Southern California, Xinhua reported.
They were sitting in a new BMW car in front of the girl's house when they were gunned down, police said. Their names were withheld pending notification of next of kins.
An initial police report said the shooting may have happened during an attempted carjacking.
