Mangalore: Mount Carmel CBSE School Gets Cent Percent Class X Results

Mangalore, May 23: The first batch of Class X students of Mount Carmel Central School, Maryhill, Mangalore, has secured 100 percent results in the AISSE-2012.

All the 21 students who appeared for the Class X Board Exam held in March 2012 have passed with quality results. With the new system of CCE(Continuous Comprehensive Evaluation), the CBSE has ruled out the system of marks with distinctions or first class and give only grades with CGPA.

The School which started in the year 2008 is the first CBSE school run by the Sisters of the Apostolic Carmel Congregation, Karnataka Province.
