Kasargod: Six of Wedding Party Injured in Road Mishap

Kasargod, Jun 12: Six people were injured in a collision between a Maruti Omni and a truck on the national highway at Nullipady, near here, on Sunday June 10.

The injured have been identified as 43-year-old Manohar, 40-year-old Prashant, 40-year-old Damodar, all natives of Mulleriya, 39-year-old Vijay, 45-year-old Ashok and 28-year-old Ajay are admitted in a private hospital at Nullipady, while Prashant is in critical condition.

They were on their way to attend a wedding in Vidhya Nagar.

The Maruti Omni was extensively damaged and the truck driver and cleaner fled after abandoning their truck soon after the mishap.
