Bangalore: Hemalatha Bags Six Gold Medals at National Masters Athletic Championship

Bangalore, Jun 13: Hemalatha Prdyumna Wagh of Karad, Maharashtra secured six gold medals at the 32nd National Masters Athletic Championship held recently in Kanteerava Stadium, here. 

She participated in 100 and 200 meters run, long jump, discuss throw, 100mX4 and 400m X4 relay events and placed first in all the events.

She represented Karnataka state team in the meet. She is now qualified to participate in International Masters Athletic meet.
