Udupi, Jun 14: Nirmala Higher Primary School, Brahmavar, organized free distribution of notebooks and uniforms to the students of the school, recently.
School correspondent Fr Anthony Vas presided over the programme. Brahmavar block co-ordinating officer A R Vishwas was the chief guest who explained the state programmes to improve the quality of education.
Varambally gram panchayat president S Narayan, Kasturi V Shetty, Sudhesh Shetty, Ratnakar Shetty, and head teacher Sr Mary Monica Rodrigues were present on the occasion.
The school’s parents’-teachers’ Association president Yashwant Nayak delivered the introductory address. Philomena Baretto proposed the vote of thanks. Philomena D’Souza compered the programame.
