Mangalore, Jun 25: The new St Raymond Primary School, founded by Bethany Educational Society was inaugurated at Vamanjoor. The new comers and guests were welcomed with the band by the school children.

The prayer service included lighting of the lamp by Fr Cardoza, the parish priest of St Joseph the Worker Church Vamanjoor, Sr Christella the education co-coordinator of Mangalore province, Sr Roselyta the correspondent of the school, Sujatha the CRP of Thiruvail Cluster, Roshan Kamath the vice president of the church.

In his message Fr Cardoza praised the BES management for their great contribution to the society through value based education. He congratulated the Sisters for their new venture and wished well for the future.

Sr Christella thanked the parents for their trust and sending their children to St Raymond Institution. She also thanked Fr Cardoza, correspondent of St Joseph the Worker School and the manager of Mangala Jyothi Integrated School, Vamanjoor, for their co-oporation in getting the government approval to begin St Raymond Primary School.

Sr Patrina, the headmistress welcomed the gathering.
