Los Angeles, Jun 28 (IANS): Singer Jessica Simpson has introduced her new born daughter on micro-blogging site Twitter.

Simpson gave birth to daughter Maxwell Drew May 1. She shared her baby's picture on Twitter Tuesday.

The singer also posted a photo caption that read, "Howdy friends", reports contactmusic.com.

Maxwell is Simpson's first child with her sports star fiancee Eric Johnson.
