Live Cricket Score : Sri Lanka Vs Pakistan 2012 - Second Test, Day 2

Daijiworld Media Network

Colombo, Jul 1 : Hello, and a warm welcome to Day 2 of the 2nd Test. Pakistan are in the driving seat and will look to continue their good work.

At the end of day one, Sri Lanka toiled hard in the field but to no avail as they got absolutely no assistance from the pitch. At times it looked as though the bowlers were bowling on a cement track. Hafeez did well though to make the most of the opportunity and scored a mammoth 172 to end the day unbeaten. He was supported well by Azhar Ali as the duo put on the highest 2nd wicket partnership against Sri Lanka. Pakistan have done very well to register a score of 334 for the loss of just one wicket and will be eager to come back on day 2 and pile on some more.

Sri Lanka on the other hand will want to forget this day.
