Mumbai: Bhandary Seva Samiti Distributes Scholarship to Community Students

Mumbai, Jul 2: The metro-based Bhandary Seva Samiti organized an annual scholarship distribution programme for community students at Gaondevi Ambika Adinateshwar Mahaganapati temple auditorium, Kalai village, Vidhya Vihar (West), on Saturday June 30

Dr Suresh S Rao Kateel, managing director, Sanjeevini Hospital, and president of Association of Medical Consultants (Mumbai), was the chief guest on the occasion.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr Kateel urged parents to motive their children to take an active role in sports, social activities, and instill patriotism along with supporting them in their studies. 

Gaondevi Ambika Adinateshwar Mahaganapati temple managing trustee Gopal Shetty inaugurated the programme.

Bhandary community veteran Gurudas Bhandary, Bhandary Seva Samiti advisory committee president lawyer Sundar G Bhandary, building committee president Balakrishna Puttur, women’s wing deputy president Lalita Bhandary, and honorary chief secretary lawyer R M Bhandary were present on the dais.

Bhandary Seva Samiti joint secretary Vijay Bhandary welcomed the gathering. Treasurer Ramesh Bhandary read the names of scholarship recipients.  Honorary chief secretary lawyer R M Bhandary proposed the vote of thanks.
