Mumbai, Jul 16 (IANS): Actor Neil Nitin Mukesh says his statement on his closeness with his "3G" co-star Sonal Chauhan was misinterpreted, but admits "I really do like her a lot".
"Sometimes, unfortunately what you are trying to say is always misinterpreted and her interview (in which she slammed Neil's statement) was to just balance that out," the 30-year-old said on the sidelines of the launch of dietician Pooja Makhija's book "Eat, Delete".
Neil had reportedly confessed to being in love with Sonal and also stated his wish to marry her. This did not go down too well with Sonal and she slammed Neil for making such claims. But he says all's well between them.
"There is no hatred between Sonal and me. We are both very fond of each other and I still do admit the fact that I really do like her a lot," he added.
