Udupi, Jul 26: The Campus Front of India (CFI) staged a protest against the principal and administrators of Sri Rama Kunjeshwar College and demanded justice for the false statement made against its state president on Tuesday July 24.

Forwarding the memorandum to the President and the Governor, CFI district president Farhan Honnala said that Sri Rama Kunjeshwar College is ‘saffronized’ and the rules and attempt to throw Muslim students out of the college will be opposed strongly.

He said that Muslim students wearing head scarves were not allowed to attend classes and they missed attendance for many days. “It’s a loss for the students. The Indian Constitution provides for every individual to follow the religion and customs of his or her choice. The administrators of the college have done injustice to the Muslim students by behaving in an anti-democratic manner,” said Honnala. He demanded that justice be given to the students who were the victims of the college administration.

He threatened that  the organization will take up rigorous protest in the coming days if justice is not assured.

If uniform rule is to be followed Then everything should be UNIFORM ......
    No nun to wear habit
    No swami to wear saffron
    No priest to wear cassock
    No turban
    No scarf/veil
When attending college with uniform code...
What about male Sikh students ?
If neutral then no religious wear including Nama, no bottu, no tikka, no crosses,no
Medals! No lads, no black dress during Ithappa.

Stand up for it and fight till you get success.Make battalions and block roads and march left right left right! Dont care for police also because it is mentioned in the constitution of india. Also before constitutuion its the right of islam and muslims so take it up as a challenge and face it,you can do it and be an example for all india muslim students.Bring more students and continue it day and night.

Referring to the ignominious public molestation of a teenaged girl in Guwahati, Vijayvargiya said women should wear clothes that enable them to earn respect of others and does not provoke them.

Interacting with mediapersons in Indore, Vijayvargiya said, "Women should dress in such a way that they earn respect from others. This is the meaning of dressing up in our society. It should not provoke others. However, unfortunately women are dressing provocatively and are inciting others."
