Kundapur, Aug 7: The people in the society strive for progress disregarding gender difference, status and partialities, in order to realize the dream of prosperity to all. The discipline and significance of time management is essential for an organized person to become successful.  The organization is necessary in order to address the grievances of economically-weaker people, said Rajashekar Shetty, Koteshwar gram panchayat member.
 
Rajashekar Shetty was speaking after inaugurating the Siddi self-help-group promoted by Sri Kshetra Dharmasthala Rural development Project (SKDRDP) that begun at Swadesh Complex, Koteshwar, on Sunday August 5.
 
Koteshwar C Federation president Nagendra presided the programme.

Koteshwar zonal animator Mamata N Shetty, C Federation representative Jayanti Shetty, treasurer Sasikumar were present at the dias.
