Karkala, Aug 12: An 18-year-old girl of Shantipalke, Yerlapadi has reportedly been missing for the past two days.
The girl is identified as Vijaylaxmi, daughter of Vijay Kumar and Manjula.
She is an employee in a cashew nut factory in Jharkala here.
On August 10 at 7 am, she had left for work as usual, but did not return home. According to her mother, she did not reach the factory either.
A case has been registered in the Karkala town police station.
