Afghan Blast Kills Three New Zealand Soldiers


Wellington, Aug 20 (IANS): Three New Zealand soldiers, including a woman medic, were killed in a bomb attack in Afghanistan Sunday.

They died when an IED (improvised explosive device) blast struck their vehicle in Bamyan province, Xinhua reported.

The soldiers were serving with the Royal New Zealand Infantry Regiment.
