Jaipur, Aug 22 (IBNS): As many as six people were killed as heavy downpour lashed north Indian city Jaipur on Wednesday, said police.
According to police sources, a couple was killed when their car was washed away by heavy downpour.
In a separate incident, two children were killed when the wall of a house collapsed.
Heavy waterlogging has been reported in several parts of the city due to heavy rainfall that started on Tuesday.
The water logging has affected traffic movement in the city.
Schools were closed for the day due to heavy rain.
