Mangalore : Home Stay Attack - Bail Denied for 17 : Two More Arrested

Mangalore, Aug 29 : Mangalore police have arrested two more men accused in Padil Home Stay attack on Monday, August 27 evening. The arrested have been identified as Puneeth and Dinesh. Both the accused have been sent to judicial custody.

With the arrest of these two, the number of arrested in Morning Mist Home stay attack case have risen to 24 so far.

Police are on the lookout for two more accused who are still absconding or missing sources informed Daijiworld.

Meantime, the district and sessions court on Tuesday rejected the bail applications of 17 accused involved in the attack.

Though 20 persons had filed bail pleas, only 17 applications came up for hearing on Tuesday and the judge rejected all the 17. They include Sharath, Taranath Kannur, Rajesh, Chethan, Sunil, Harish, Shailesh, Puneeth, Varun Poojary, Kiran Poojary, Suresh Poojary, Mithun Poojary, Sampath, Deepak, Ramesh Kotian, Jagadeesh and Nithin.

The hearing on the bail pleas of the remaining three will be taken up on August 31. Though 22 people were arrested in connection with the attack, two, including the prime accused Subash Padil, had not filed bail pleas.

1) Run only half an hour. (complete exercise)
2) Swim daily half an hour only (a complete exercise)

4) Fast walk daily for half an hour.
Your yoga is useless and worthless in front of my four formulas
Utilize one only out of four.

You need to get your facts right before you post something. Obviously you have swallowed, what someone else has vomitted. The incident you mentioned took place in Pune not Bangalore/Bengaluru (you need to get this spelling right as well) and the ones arrested (not formally) were all below 18 years who were consuming alcohol. They were let off and handed over to thier parents with a warning. The important thing here is that the raid was conducted by Police and not Moral Police. For the likes of you both may be same but for me its not.

How long our Court will deny bail to those youths involved in Morning Mist attack? People like Raja, Kalmadi, Kinimoli, Lallu, Sanjay Dutt, etc all got bail even though they actively involved in corruption or criminal cases. Those 24 youths will come out may be within span of one more year and their group start planning for another attack on any illegal business activities like Morning Mist. This case will be weakened unless those girls or their parents come forward to lodge a complaint for harassment and indulging in their private life. Let all NGOs’ and Political Parties opposing BJP nationwide make huge hue & cry but it doesn’t help to convict those 24 rowdies

First of all, it is judicial process, today or tommarrow court has to give bail. Their involvement is not proved yet. We cant keep innocent persons in jail. They were all joined with valid invitation for Rev party and quarrel erupted due to excess consume of drug and liquor.
