Dubai, Sep 4: USWAS is holding a cricket tournament - ‘Uswas Trophy’ on Friday October 19, 2012 at Zabeel Cricket Ground (Dubai) from 7.30 am onwards. The cricket tournament will be 11 a side Tennis Ball (MRE) and is for the Konkani speaking community of Udupi and Mangalore Diocese. Only 12 teams are allowed to participate and priority will be given on the first come first serve basis. Deadline for registration is September 20, 2012.

Attractive cash prizes will be awarded to the winners and runner up teams. Contact Manoj (050 6722029) or Lesly (050 4505539) for registration. Rules and regulation will be sent to the registered team.

Note : USWAS is celebrating Monthi-Feast on September 14th , Friday from 11.00AM onwards at Karama Hotel (Tantra), Dubai, Contact Lesly Saldanha  050 450 5539 , Paul Menezes 050 696 8707, Ivan Mathias 050 1186089 for Invitation Passes.

    Dear friends most of the teams are registered for USWAS TROPHY. Due to overwhelming response, the team numbers are increased from 12 to 16. That number is also reached. But interested teams (only Mangalore/Udupi Diocese-konkani speaking) can send email to uswas_shirva@hotmail.com or contact to the above mentioned contact numbers to get a chance, incase any team cancels their participation. About the rules & regulations, entry fees etc. will be emailed to the registered teams. Thanks.
