It also means that residents of this project will have an independent water source apart from the water supplied by the city corporation.
Gardens of Delight is a MUDA approved project with a 40 ft wide internal road with an electrically fenced wall for the entire 15 acres. It has a single entry and exit approach so as to maximize security. The project has been specially designed keeping in mind the security aspect of building construction and is in strict accordance with the guidelines laid down by MUDA. Chiranjeevi also says that a lot of customers who always look for something special have been evincing keen interest in these villas as they feel they can get everything at a price which is well within their reach.
