Dubai, Sep 26: After tough contest in the semi-finals of Gulf Voice of Mangalore in four Gulf countries (Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain and Qatar), UAE is now set to present its chapter of the third season of Gulf Voice of Mangalore, on Friday September 28.

As the countdown for the semi-final round of GVOM-3 UAE chapter begins, excitement among 12 contestants is evident as they get ready to render songs close to their hearts at the Dubai Gem Private School.

 
Most of them have walked an extra mile to get themselves equipped for the battle, by training their voices and learning to sing to perfection.

The semi-final contest will be judged by renowned singers specially flown for the purpose and they too will perform on the occasion.

Dr Prashanth Raj, Rony D’Cunha and Nephie Rod who are in the panel of judges and who will arrive in Dubai shortly, will have to go through a mind-boggling exercise to select the best two among the twelve to represent the UAE at the finals of GVOM-3 in Doha-Qatar on Friday, October 19.

The event which will take place at Dubai Gem Private School (Oud Metha Road) near St Mary’s Church, Dubai on Friday September 28 and will commence sharp at 6 pm. Seating is limited and due to the overwhelming response for the event, Mangalore Konkans Dubai, the organizers request the guests to occupy their seats on time, so as not to miss any part of this exciting event. Doors open at 5 pm.
