Gadkari Files Defamation Case Against Digvijay Singh

New Delhi, Oct 1 (IANS): Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) chief Nitin Gadkari Monday filed a defamation case against Congress leader Digvijay Singh for dragging his name into alleged irregularities in coal block allocation.

Gadkari appeared in the court of Metropolitan Magistrate Sudhesh Kumar to file the case.

According to the complaint, Digvijay Singh named him in the allocation of coal blocks to a company belonging to BJP's Rajya Sabha member Ajay Sancheti. Sancheti has been alleged to be Gadkari's close associate.

    SEE HOW THIS PERSON HAS BEEN CAUGHT WHO WAS TALKING ABOUT UPA CORRUPTION. AT LAST HE HIMSELF IS A CHOR. SHAME ON GADKARI. MAY BE PENUTS GADKARI GOT OR ANYTHING. CORRUPTION IS CORRUPTION. WHEN HE HIMSELF IS CORRUPT GADKARI HAS NO RIGHT TO TALK ABOUT UPA CORRUPTION. HE IS THINKING AS HE FILES A CASE HE WILL GET RELIEF. HE WILL BE IN GREAT TROUBLE NOW AND BJP LEADERS HAS TO SHUT THEIR MOUTH NOW AS THEIR OWN PRESIDENT IS THE BENIFICIARY OF COAL BLOCKS.

    Any selfrespected person would file Defamation Case if somebody try to defame him unnecessarily, & that's what Gadkari did.
    In that case why can't SONIA MADAM file defamation case against Mr.Subramanian swamy since she got many reasons...
    1)Swamy said Sonia Gandhi had given affidavit citing false degree to Election Commission.
    2)Raised the issue of Citizenship with Sonia by stopping her becoming PM & many more are there...why did not she file the case???..doesn't she has self respect???...this is the difference between CONGRESS CHIEF & BJP CHIEF.

    What Gadkari says is: "What I have got from coal is peanuts but major part of my wealth is from Bellary Iron ore" So why simply drag him into coal gate???
