Camp at Pandeshwar

A dental treatment camp was organized by A J Institute of Dental Sciences, Mangalore at the Police colony, Pandeshwar recently. 

The police authorities had made all the necessary arrangements for the camp at a hall adjacent to the staff.

Dr Subhan Alva, Dr Eby Aluckal (Department of Public Health Dentistry) actively participated in the camp along with a team of postgraduates and interns.

An oral examination was conducted and necessary treatment procedures were carried out for the family members of police personnel. Those requiring further treatment were referred to the college.

Camp at Belthangady

A dental camp was conducted at Ganesh Sarvajanika Samithy, Belthangady recently.  The programme was inaugurated by Kesav   Bhat (president of Ganesh Sarvajanika Samithy) and Dr Vijaya Hegde (HOD of Public Health Dentistry) .

Dr Vijaya Hegde, Dr Subhan Alva, Dr Raghavendra Kini along with a team  of  post- graduates and interns provided the treatment for the general public.
