Mangalore: Bag with Rs 49,000, Valuables Stolen at Wedding Venue

Mangalore, Nov 20: A bag containing Rs 49,000 in cash, several documents, bank pass book, credit card, identification card was reportedly stolen from a wedding venue in the city on Monday November 19.

Vincent Fernandes (68), resident of Kankanady Pumpwell stated that after having lunch, he went to the washbasin to clean his hands, when the bag was stolen.

A case has been registered in Bunder police station.
