India Win Toss, Choose to Bat


Kolkata, Dec 5 (IANS): Indian cricket captain M.S. Dhoni won the toss and elected to bat in the third cricket Test against England at the Eden Gardens here Wednesday.

India made one change bringing in Ishant Sharma in place of an indisposed Harbhajan Singh. England effected a double change with Steve Finn replacing Stuart Broad and Ian Bell coming in for Jonathan Bairstow.

The teams:

India: M.S. Dhoni (capt), V. Sehwag , G. Gambhir, C. Pujara, S. Tendulkar, V. Kohli. R. Ashwin, Z. Khan, P. Ojha, I. Sharma.

England: A. Cook (capt), N. Crompton, J. Trott, K. Pietersen , I. Bell, S. Patel, G. Swann, S. Finn, J. Anderson, M. Panesar.
