Al-Jubail, Dec 5: India Forum Jubail (IFJ) – KSA, a community service organization will be conducting its first ever blood donation camp on Thursday December 27 between 9 am to 3.30pm at SADAF Beach Camp in coordination with Jubail General Hospital, to spread greater awareness about the importance of blood donation as well as to help prevent blood shortage in the region.
IJF was established in 2005 by the likeminded Indians to build a strong and vibrant community of Indians in Saudi Arabia by promoting educational, cultural, and social and business aspirations of Indian nationals residing in Jubail regardless of caste, color, creed, race or religion.
Mangalorean Shameer Ahmed Kudroli, the chief coordinator of the event and IFJ Executive committee has invited all eligible members along with their family, friends to participate in this noble cause of donating blood.
This is the second time in entire Jubail region the blood donation drive been conducting under the leadership of Shameer as he organized earlier for Toastmasters fraternity in association with GAS company (a Sabic affiliate).

Furthermore, as part of its ongoing initiative to spread greater awareness, defensive driving awareness campaign was conducted to the students of 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th grade students in International Indian School (IIS) Jubail on Monday December 3 in collaboration with Nasser S Al Hajri Est. The presenter was NSH safety manager Dilip and his team comprised Aziz Siddiqui.
IISJ principal Dr Sayeed Hameed, briefed on the occasion and highlighted how important is defensive driving and emphasized the students to follow traffic rules and regulations while driving.
