Robbery Gang Busted in Karachi


Islamabad, Dec 12 (IANS): A nine-member robbery gang, which includes four women, has been busted in Pakistan's port city of Karachi, Geo News reported.

The group was involved in several robberies. The women members would seek employment in homes and steal jewellery, mobile phones and other expensive items.

Two semi-automatic TT pistols, jewellery and other stolen items have been recovered from their possession, a police official said.

Some of the arrested members purpotedly admitted to their crime while others passed the blame.
