Sharjah Ruler Orders Flights to Bahrain for UAE Fans

Sharjah, Jan 7 (IANS/WAM) Sharjah's ruler Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi has ordered two special flights to Bahrain Tuesday to allow fans of the UAE national football team to travel and support the team playing in the 21st Gulf Cup Championship.

He also ordered coordination between the Sharjah International Airport Authority and the Sharjah Sport Council to start registering fans wishing to travel to Bahrain.
